Draw the Border for Timor-Leste

There is no border between Timor-Leste (East Timor) and Australia.

Timor-Leste wants a boundary in the Timor Sea drawn halfway between the two countries, in accordance with current
international law.

Australia needs to finalise the matter, and to do it as soon as possible. The Timorese people have the right to a border, and so have Australians.

Each nation has the right to its own sovereignty.

Each nation needs to know what resources in the Timor Sea it owns.

Sharing the resources fairly needs a fair and permanent border.

Time to draw the line.

The NSW Timor Sea Justice Forum has initiated a formal paper petition to the House of Representatives. Here is a new flyer on the subject.

Please gather as many signatures as you can for this petition by 30 June 2017.
